5. Shipping & Delivery
     a. We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
     b. DIY orders will be shipped after quality checks and once production is completed.
     c. Appelle Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

6. Return & Exchange Policy
     a. DIY orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your requirements.
     b. In case of errors or defects caused by us (e.g., incorrect sizing, damaged items), we will:

         - Require photographic evidence of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

     a. All designs created by Appelle Fashion, including custom DIY orders, remain the intellectual property of Appelle Fashion.
     b. DIY customers may not replicate or distribute designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
